Scientifically based nutrition information for horses

This book is based on scientific literature. It may be a bit advanced for some people, but it is an easier read than the National Research Council's Nutrient Requirements for horses (2007). It includes a plethora of helpful color diagrams, tables, and photographs to illustrate the concepts presented. This book is an excellent addition to someone's library who is looking to update from Equine Clinical Nutrition: Feeding and Care by Lon D. Lewis, which is now out of print and hard to find.
