Fr both Serious Students or Those Seeking an Introduction to Classical Guitar

I recommend this Kindle Book for anyone who wants to either understand the Classical Guitar or those who want to play the instrument using this well presented step-by-step guide. Kindle Books have the advantage of incorporating Music and Video, so being able to both see and hear what the music or technique is met to achieve makes this publication a wonderful reference, whether for the student or those musically interested.
Dr. Carlos Castillo ably demonstrates a mastery of the Classical Guitar, but more importantly he has demonstrated in this book that he understands the Student, and presents this book in fashion that anticipates the pitfalls a student will have. There are but a few people who can actually convey their knowledge of playing to the Student... this book can help a student understand and replicate techniques, and begin to read the music.
Dr. Castilla has written a Kindle Book that is designed to both show with direction, and video, the world of Classical Guitar in a concise electronic format. I love this book and use it for two different approachs to learning Guitar; the first as an introduction to musical notation for Classical Guitar, and the second application is to see through Video the techniques associated with the Classical playing of Guitar (as opposed to the modern and popular music played today by bands). The written book itself serves my purpose well with guidance and techniques. I was happy to find a book in Kindle format that allowed me to sit at home and "feel like the instructor" was present.
This author has put together a book that could be used for College Music Majors as an introduction for the student to both the Guitars music notation and the Guitar in the Classical traditions; it can be read quickly yet contains a wealth of information for those more seriously inclined. Again I must stress I see this book for two types of people, those who want to learn to play Classical Guitar, and just as importantly for those whose only goal is to see a living history of the instrument.
